BuildHeat @ EUSEW

23 Apr 2019

European Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) is a month-long series of activities to build a secure energy future for Europe. It brings together public authorities, private companies, NGOs and consumers to promote initiatives to save energy and move towards renewables for clean, secure and efficient power.

Launched in 2006 by the European Commission, the EUSEW is organised by the Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME) in close cooperation with Directorate-General for Energy.

This year, BuildHeat will partecipate to EUSEW with a Policy Conference in collaboration with other EU-funded like-minded H2020 projects. The Policy Conference is the biggest European conference dedicated to renewables and efficient energy use in Europe.

The session “Scaling up deep energy retrofit markets towards 2030 targets” will take place on 18 June – 16.00-17.30 in Brussels.

2 Feb 2020 - Almost 27 % of the total energy consumption in Europe is spent on residential buildings. The need to reduce the energy consumption of the building sector is widely recognized. It can be achieved through deep retrofitting of the building stock combined with a radical reduction of the needs of the new buildings.Download here the industrialised energy solutions in residential building retrofitting developed within BuildHeat.
